Baltimore/Washington Corporate Image Study

In an effort to provide local and regional health care and financial services institutions with valuable information about their markets, WB&A conducted a corporate image study among adult heads of household in the Baltimore and Washington, DC Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSAs).
The purpose of the study was to gauge the awareness and image of several leading area health care institutions (including Aetna, Alliance, CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, CIGNA, Kaiser Permanente, MAMSI, MDIPA, Optimum Choice and United Health Care), as well as several leading financial institutions (BB&T, Bank of America, Provident Bank, SunTrust Bank and Wachovia).
WB&A provided the results of the research at no cost to current and potential clients and has also presented the results of this study at several research industry association meetings.
